HOUSE RULES
- Please keep the apartment clean and respect our property, equipment and furniture.
- All electrical appliances ( air-conditioning, etc.) and lights need to be turned off when you're not in the apartment.
- Please respect our neighbourhood.
- It's expressly forbidden to make loud noises during the times between 2 pm to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 7 am.
- No parties allowed
BOOKING :
- 30 % deposit is required to confirm the booking
- the rest to be paid upon arrival in cash or few days before arrival on bank account
- for each booked day that is cancelled afterwards, there will be 70% charge of the regular price per day
PAYMENT FROM ABROAD VIA BANK TRANSFER
Foreign guests can pay for their reservations to our account by money order. Bank transaction costs are to be covered by the client completely.
